Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take 5-10 additional days to appear on your statement.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged/defective items (especially fragile products like ceramic tile or hardwood flooring):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you
