Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Shipping Fee: $12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our flooring products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body:

    I would like to request a return for the following item(s):

    • Product Name: [Product Name]
    • SKU/Item Number: [If available]

    Please provide return instructions and RMA number.

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging when possible
  • Include all original tags and documentation
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. TrafficMaster Sales is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and installation requirements, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Cut-to-Length carpet and flooring (custom-cut products)
  • Carpet Padding (once unrolled/installed)
  • Commercial Floor Mats with visible wear
  • Any In-Stock Carpet that has been cut or installed

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Appearance Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same product in a different size/color:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • In your return request email, specify you’d like an exchange and include the new product details
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including ceramic tile, hardwood flooring, or gym floor tiles):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

Commercial Customers Note

Contractors and commercial accounts with net-30 terms should contact their account representative for bulk return inquiries regarding carpet tile or commercial flooring supplies orders.
