- Express Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 day delivery with tracking

How will my flooring be packaged?
Your order arrives either palletized or in protective packaging depending on product type. All deliveries are curbside – please have assistance available for unloading bulky items like hardwood flooring or gym tiles.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused flooring may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund (minus original shipping costs). Special order items like cut-to-length carpet or boat carpet cannot be returned. Please contact us for a Return Authorization before shipping anything back.
What if my flooring arrives damaged?
While we take extreme care in packaging, please inspect your shipment immediately. Report any damage within 48 hours by emailing photos to our support team. We’ll arrange replacements at no additional cost.
